The Latest in Headlight Cleaning and Restoration

Cloudy, yellow headlights – we see them everywhere. All cars manufactured in the past 15 years have plastic headlights and they all start to corrode and cloud up due to exposure to the sun and environment. Where can i buy a classic car for restoration?
I would like to restore a classic car (from the '60s or less) and don't know where to buy it. I guess i could do ebay, but would like a place to physically buy it. I am located in New Jersey, so if you know a place, please help me out..
